Pupil Ambassadors

Your vote counts!

Shortlisting for our new pupil ambassadors for September is under way!  Thank you to all Year 5 candidates who have completed their expression of interest letters.  Mrs Burgess, Mrs Winter and Mr O'Leary will be looking through these and will reveal our final candidates for Election Week after half term.  Good luck!

Hello, we are Christian Lee and Jessica

This year, we want to help children to have more exercise at break times and dinner times. Please tell us your ideas.frown

On Friday 25th November our Pupil Ambassadors, along with JLT from Year 6, put their ideas forward at Primary Parliament. During the different sessions, the children worked in teams to solve a range of tasks. We also found out about the launch of  the `Looking After Each Other` campaign.

2016 - 2017

We have held elections again to choose our ambassadors for this year. Congratulations to Jessica and Christian-Lee for being elected. We have held our first meetings and have started to ask pupils in school to tell us how they think we can continue to make improvements in school.

2015 - 2016

Our current ambassadors for 2015 - 2016 are Jasdeep and Jeniifer. As you can see from their blog, they have been very busy creating and analysing surveys to find out what the children at Henry Whipple think about our new dinner system.

Tasks for 2015 - 2016

We have been working hard to find out what children think about the new dinner time arrangements and how we can improve them.

We have completed pupil surveys with Year 6 to find out about their views on the new dinner time arrangements. We have now analysed the results and are creating a final report to feedback to Mrs. Burgess and Mrs. Winter.

We have now extended our surveys to include all year groups. Thank you to everyone who took part. We are now analysing the data to see what is going well and what we can improve.
