Mr Thorne- Fitness and PE

Welcome to our Topic Team page.

 

We are currently doing circuit training every other Friday. So far we have been sprinting over different distances and working through obstacles.

 

Our most recent circuit included a 25 metre shuttle run, hurdles, burpees, skipping, ladder runs and moving a ball around our waist.

 

As well as completing the circuit competitively, each of us have been investigating our resting and exercised heart rate.The circuit is getting harder but we are also getting quicker too.

 

Lets keep getting fitter and working harder through these circuits!
